Return Policy
Instinctively everyone wants to be happy with the service they’ve received and products they have purchased; and it's our policy to make that happen for you at Instinctive Studio Ark Hive. As we are a small independent business, however, please be sure of your purchase choices before proceeding. Original paintings and giclee' prints can be ordered in a postcard for you to check out whether colors and style match your home. Online viewing is also an option, contact for booking.
Products which do not fit your needs may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase and must be in, "AS NEW condition". Refunds at owner’s discretion. Original paintings are final sale. If the item is returned in "AS NEW" condition after 10 days but before 21 days, a credit in the for the amount in equal value will be offered towards an alternative item. After 21 days no exchange or refund will be given.
If an item has been damaged during shipping, and only with verification, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.
